4. Booking a vehicle

 

A vehicle can only be reserved after agreement between the garage and the customer.

A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.

 

In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit paid may be retained to cover the costs incurred.

 

5. Vehicle trade-in

 

The trade-in of a vehicle is subject to inspection and validation by Draye Auto Sélection.

The trade-in amount may be adjusted if the actual condition of the vehicle differs from the information provided.

 

6. Custom search

 

As part of the personalized search service, Draye Auto Sélection is committed to implementing the necessary means to find a vehicle that matches the customer's criteria.

 

However, the garage is only bound by an obligation of means and not of result.

 

7. Responsibility

 

Draye Auto Sélection cannot be held responsible for unintentional errors in website information or temporary unavailability.
